The 2023 Symposium was met with many presenters, speakers and guests from the Syracuse University campus, SUNY ESF, SUNY Upstate and the Syracuse community. Students had the chance to share their research through IMPACT posters, lightning talks and hour-long poster sessions. We were able to hear from our Stevenson Lecturer Sean Palecek, University of Wisconsin-Madison, about his research in biomanufacturing cardiovascular cells from human pluripotent stem cells. NSF CAREER Awardee faculty also shared presentations about their research during one of our many sessions. We look forward to next year and what sessions we will be able to offer.
